1. What you will need – ruler, screwdriver, paper knife.
2. Measure the excess leather
3. Unscrew the buckle
4. Remove buckle screw, belt loops and other parts
5. Mark off the excess leather
6. Cut away the excess leather part
7. Place excess leather part over the strap and mark a new hole
8. Cut a new hole (or drill)
9. Assemble the belt
Easy! You have a belt adjusted to your waist!
